June 16, 2026 – Sioux Falls, SD: Midco Sports and The Summit League are extending their partnership, building on a strong foundation between two trusted brands with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality sports coverage and a better experience for fans. The continued relationship reinforces Midco Sports’ role as the official streaming home of The Summit League, making it possible for fans around the world to watch Summit League competition on Midco Sports Plus through a streaming experience designed to be easier, more engaging and more valuable for subscribers.
For fans, the value of the extended partnership is clear in the product enhancements and broader reach. On July 16, subscribers will be able to use the new My Clips feature to clip, save and share the highlights they want most. They will also benefit from international expansion that makes Summit League competition available to fans around the world, a new schedule page with sorting and favoriting capabilities, and significantly improved self-account management that makes it easier to personalize and manage their experience.
The partnership also strengthens The Summit League Network as a distinctive offering in the Division I landscape, pairing Midco’s reach and reliability with a conference brand that continues to grow its visibility and fan affinity. Midco Sports and Midco Sports Plus will continue to broadcast and distribute The Summit League Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships into the semifinal rounds, giving fans broad access to one of the conference’s premier events. Additional Midco Sports Plus enhancements on the 2026 roadmap include multi-game viewing and Samsung and LG app support, creating even more ways for fans to follow their favorite teams and moments.
