Augustana men’s basketball heads to Durham, North Carolina this week. If you’re a basketball fan, that city probably rings a bell – as it should! 

Augustana University won the D-II NCAA Basketball Championship last season, and not only did they receive big rings and an even bigger trophy, but they also get the chance to visit Cameron Indoor Stadium to take on the Duke Blue Devils at the start of their season.

Duke was recently ranked the number one team in the nation, receiving 27 first place votes in the USA Today Coaches Preseason Poll. Vikings head coach Tom Billeter says he actually got to talk with Coach Krzyzewski a few weeks ago, and Coach K says his team is one of the most talented teams he has coached.
