If this were any other year, we’d be closing in on reuniting at the Ralph and one unforgettable weekend in Nashville.
Sadly – on so many levels – this isn’t a normal year, and therefore some of the usual benchmarks that come with Fall in the epicenter of college hockey won’t be waiting for us once the calendar turns to October.
Still, even though the start of competition for all of college hockey has been pushed back indefinitely, that doesn’t mean there isn’t merit in looking ahead to what might come when the season ultimately begins (hopefully) in late November.
So, it’s in that spirit that Brad Schlossman of the Grand Forks Herald joins me on the latest MidcoSN Podcast to discuss all things UND hockey. Including:
- The team’s impact newcomers (7:03)
- How this year’s group will look compared to the Penrose Cup-winning team of 2019-20 (18:45)
- What the schedule and format for this NCHC season could look like (35:32)
Check out the full conversation below or on Apple Podcasts, Soundcloud, or wherever you get your podcasts. Thanks for listening, and we’ll see you at the Ralph before long!
