Well, it's finally football season. If you're anything like me, you've been waiting a very long time for this. 

Okay, so it hasn't really been that long...but it sure has felt like it. 

This will already be my sixth season following every snap, home and away, for the South Dakota Coyotes. Tough life, right?

Nope. It's awesome.

This week that life has taken me to Des Moines, where USD is set to open its 2017 campaign against Drake on Saturday evening.
