SOUTH DAKOTA CLASS AA POWER RANKINGS

1. Harrisburg 14-1 Harrisburg stopped a hot team in Washington on Tuesday with a 3 set win, Sami Slaughter had 18 kills, 5 blocks and 16 digs in the match. They will be tough to beat down the stretch.

2. SF Roosevelt 13-6 Lost to Aberdeen last Saturday but bounced back with a intra-city win against O'Gorman on Tuesday. Rylee Boyd's 400+ hit percentage has been outstanding as Roosevelt prepares for a tournament in Lakeville, Minnesota this weekend.

3. RC Stevens 19-4 Lost to Ogallala and Bison in tournament play but still only have two losses in state. Head out to Huron and Mitchell over the weekend for some tough matches.

4. Mitchell 13-4 Mitchell continues to pile up big wins including a three set win over a hot Aberdeen team last Thursday. Mackenzie Miller has been all over the court with Mandy Schmidt leading the way in setting.

5. SF O'Gorman 14-8 Lost five straight before winning their last two at the Hull, Iowa Tournament; then lost a heartbreaker on Tuesday night to Roosevelt. Don't let that deceive you. They are still one of the most dangerous teams in the state.

NORTH DAKOTA CLASS A POWER RANKINGS

1. Bismarck Century  25-2  Still only one lost set in conference, but lost in the finals of the Fargo Invite. Big match with Legacy on Saturday in their gym.

2. Bismarck Legacy 24-5 Their only loss in the Scheels Invitational in Fargo was to Sheyenne, but rallied to win the consolation championship. Big test at home this Saturday against the defending champs.
3. WF Sheyenne  20-6  Bounced back from a rough week with an exceptional week. Did well at Scheels Invite getting to the championship and taking Century to the third set and winning. Then continued to roll with a big win over EDC rival Shanley on Tuesday in five sets.  They have some winnable matches leading up to the postseason.
4. Grand Forks Red River   19-6  Lost one at the Fargo Invite to West Fargo, the took ninth at the Fargo Invite losing to Shanley and Davies. But got a three set win on Tuesday vs. EGF

5. Fargo Shanley   18-8 Some good wins over the weekend but lost to Century twice then to West Fargo....still second in the EDC but not playing their best right now.
