Until somebody proves otherwise, South Dakota State is the team to beat in Summit League women's basketball.
The Jackrabbits are the pick of the pre-season in a poll of the league's head coaches, Sports Information Directors and select media members. SDSU has won 5 straight Summit League tournament championships.

The Summit League regular season starts November 8. (The men's poll comes out on Wednesday.)
