Wyndmere-Lidgerwood |
Seth Harles, Jeff Illies and Luis Vazquez will have to be at their best to keep the Warbirds moving in the right direction when they meet a hot Cavalier team on Saturday. Ryan Chrest leads a mobile and versatile running game as the quarterback for Cavalier and Spencer Robbins backs it up at halfback. Cavalier will grind out a close win on the road extinguishing region one from the tournament. |

New Rockford/Sheyenne |
Lakota/Adams-Edmore Radiers are pumped after beating the defending champs in round one. Will Jaron Moor be able to keep 'em rocking as they face some of the best defenders in the class this week? New Rockford/Sheyenne has Josh Edmonson roaming the field looking to shut down LAE. New Rockford's defense will get it done and stay unbeaten. |

TGU |
Surrey could continue their winning ways despite facing a tough TGU team. They faced each other in the opener and TGU won by 8. Freshman Bryan Dye will fuel the Surrey running game behind one of the best front lines in the class. TGU features one of the most exciting players in Eli Luna and bring the balance that might give them the edge. Give me TGU by 12. |

North Star |
Divide County |
This could be the best game of the day. North Star found out what it was like to play a physical team when they got beat by TGU, but that game Colton Braun didn't finish the game for the Bearcats and the North Star running game suffered. Divide County has a good quarterback in Lance Knudson and shove Isaac Jacobs down defenses throats with a power running game. The North Star strength is passing the ball but with frigid temps in Crosby the Bearcats could be neutralized. I think Divide County will win by 2 scores. |
