Who doesn’t love a Reuben sandwich? Here’s an easy recipe to bring this favored dish to your tailgate party. Just warm it in a crockpot and watch it disappear. 

Easy Reuben Dip Recipe

• 16 ounces drained sauerkraut
  
  
• 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  
  
• 1/4 cup 1000 Island dressing
  
  
• 2 cups chopped corn beef
  
  
• 2 cups grated swiss cheese
  
  
• 1 teaspoon caraway
  
  

Mix together and heat in a crock pot or low oven. Serve with rye cracker or rye bread.
